Beijing: Leading Industrial Change with Intelligence, Building Better Spaces – U-Cai Beijing Research Camp Successfully Held
06/26/2025
On May 17, 2025, the " U-Cai Beijing Research Camp" was successfully held at the Sea Point Experience Center. This event, with the core theme of "Intelligently Linking New Industrial Momentum, Meticulously Building New Benchmarks for Quality Building," brought together many experts, corporate representatives, and professionals from the real estate industry to explore the forefront trends and innovative paths for the future development of the real estate industry. Among them, the application of smart robot technology became the focus of the entire event.

To start, the Sea Point representative shared the multi-scenario application achievements of robots in the real estate field in the experience center. "We have always believed that smart devices are not just tools but 'smart partners' throughout the entire lifecycle of buildings. From precise control and efficient material handling during the construction phase to 24-hour security patrols and cleaning services during the operation and maintenance phase, the warmth of technology lies in every detail that makes users feel more at ease and management more efficient." This statement not only echoed the theme of "Technology Empowering Living Spaces" in the exhibition hall but also gave the guests a more concrete understanding of the integrated model of 'smart real estate'.

Along the experience center tour, Sea Point further introduced smart robots used for commercial real estate maintenance and services. Among them, the cleaning robot can autonomously plan paths in complex building environments and efficiently clean ground stains and garbage. The security patrol robot uses high-definition cameras, infrared sensors, and other equipment to conduct uninterrupted 24-hour patrol monitoring of the property area. Once abnormal situations are detected, it can quickly respond and issue timely warnings, providing comprehensive protection for the life and property safety of property owners. When discussing the application of smart IoT in the real estate industry, Sea Point emphasized that smart IoT technology is like an invisible yet powerful link, tightly connecting every aspect of the real estate field. The application of smart IoT is of great significance in real estate development and management. Sea Point highlighted in its themed presentation, "How Real Estate and Property Management Can Reduce Costs and Increase Efficiency with Robots to Drive New Quality Productivity," that intelligent humanoid robots – an emerging industry – will rapidly expand into more application scenarios within future buildings as technological breakthroughs advance and industrial ecosystems mature. During the tour, the Sea Point robot expert not only introduced the functional features of products such as reception robots, single-compartment smart delivery robots, and smart indoor cleaning robots but also discussed the application scenarios and cost-reduction and efficiency-improvement results of robots through successfully implemented projects.
In addition to the wonderful sharing by Sea Point, Yu Lili, editor-in-chief of the China Real Estate Procurement Platform Research Society, announced the key plans for the 2025 U-Cai Research Society. Representatives from companies such as Lazzen, Nippon Paint and Neat also demonstrated the practical results of the coordinated development of smart devices and green buildings through case sharing, contributing profound insights and innovative ideas for industry development from different dimensions.

This event not only provided a high-quality platform for communication and learning for real estate industry practitioners but also allowed us to clearly see the huge application potential and broad development prospects of smart robots and smart IoT technology in the real estate field. It is believed that with the continuous advancement of technological power, the real estate industry will usher in a new stage of development, helping to realize the vision of "making buildings smarter." Sea Point will also continue to explore more possibilities for robots in "good buildings" with the U-Cai Research Camp in the future.
